Quotes of Rapid Injection Molding from Viet Nam

1. We are looking to some injection molds made. it needs to be flexible rigid where it can flex easily. it will be 8 inches wide 1/16 inch thick. it is a start up new product and we should have a mold programed, can we send a program to you or should we have it machined? can you provide us with an idea of the cost to run these? we will have a few more molds after this first one. we will have it filed with the patent office.

2. Looking for a plastic moulding to house a temperature sensor, this has to be discreet to put mounted flush into walls for high end residential properties. Please see attached our competitors version

3. Material: aluminum; Quantity: 1 (4 different parts); There is no need in very small tolerances or high surface finish.

4. Quantities for quote: 1, 10, 20, 100, 1000; Finish: tumbled; Material: 6061 aluminum; Tolerance: 0.005 in (0.125 mm)

5. Hello, May you quote this for 2,4, 8, 12 pieces and shipping to zip code 11222 in the USA. It is to be in brass.

6. I want to produce a toy for children, a remote control. I attached the protoype 3d anmiation. I would like to find out how much would the setup cost be and the cost per item. The expected number of products for the first batch would be 1.000-5.000. As this will be a toy for children it would be important to chose an appropiate material with COC and RoHS report. 7. In the folder you'll find 2 files. Our intention is to attach the "part1" to a container and position "part3" in the different available slots. With this, we are helping to keep a correct stack of steel parts that will be placed in the container using a robot.

11. Hello, I'm currently building a prototype product which consists of 3 parts. The 3 parts are called "Top", "Bottom" and "Plate" I would need the "Top" and "Bottom" to be machined and anodized black (made from 6061 Aluminum), the "Plate" could be laser cut and would need passivation (made from Brass) please send me a quote with the parts as stated above, and alternatively, with the "Plate" also made from 6061 aluminum with passivation (if thats possible on aluminum). Please also add shipping cost to germany on the quote. Best regards 

12. Hello, I would like to get a flexible PCB overmolded and encapsulated in resin or plastic and turn it into a card. The PCB includes an e-paper display, a battery, capacitive touch buttons and various electronics. The thickness of the populated PCB varies greatly from 0.1mm up to 0.55mm at it's thickest point. The end product needs to have a smooth finish, a cutout for the screen and a maximum thickness of 0.84mm. Also I would like you to print a visual design on it that is durable. Could you achieve this? Please offer injection molding quotes
