2. Hey there I am looking for the possibility of profuction of a keyboard case for the model Anne Pro 2. This keyboard is really popular and this case has alot of demand. I dould like to know the price of manufacturing arround 100 pieces and only 1. The case would be made of anodized aluminum, and in case of mass production available in silver, grey, black and red.
3. It is a foot operated door handle.I have supplied the CAD model. There is front branding designed which should be clear and legible. The project is at an early stage, and we hope to find a partner to take the produce to market with. Material selected is ABS or PLA however this isnt final and is subject to change if costs allow. Surface finish should be smooth but is not of paramount importance. Quantity aims of 1000 units. Please estimate a quote, and we hope to hear back from you soon.
4. Hi, we have to produce autoclavable plastic handpieces. We already have the .step drawing. The materials to be used can be: PGA, PFA, ECTFE, ETFE, PVF PVF2, PSU, PPS, LCP, PEEK, AP, PP, PPC, PU, PUR, POM. The expected quantity for a first batch is 600 pieces. I await your reply for a quote.
5. We have been looking for straw holders as well as cleaners that are sustainable and good for the environment. Would you be able to make silicone straws for drinking? Both thick and thin straws? Would you be able to make silicone tips on metal straws? Thank you for your time. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
7. Hook design to be prototyped from steel with natural finish and quantity as one.
8. This is a "dutch oven" which is like a frying pan meant to be set on a fire for cooking. It doesn't need any special finish (rough is fine), it just needs to handle the heat.
9. Hi! I make electric drivetrains for boats and I am i need of CNC machining of a moto mount for my latest prototype. The mount shall be made in strong and corrosion resistant aluminum and if possible also anodized black. See attached .STEP-file for mote info.
10. I have attached an early stage design for initial quoting. We will need it to be Injection Molded in Black Nylon-6. Most likely will need 250-2000 parts per year. Please could you give me a basic idea of tool cost and unit price? Thanks
11. Dear Sir/Madam, we are currently designing our first product. Upon browsing your website we noticed that you seem to have the sufficient capabilities for making our prototype. We have attached our NDA which if you sign, we could forward you some 2D drawings for you to confirm that you can make this product. We are happy for some minor changes to be made to the design if you feel that it would make the manufacturing process easier for you. We are also flexible with the tolerances. As for the material of the parts, we would like to know what is the lightest Aluminium alloy you have and perhaps go with that right away.
