We help lots of customers to prototype their ideas and lunch the products into the market. Recently, we got some quotes from Italy clients, below is the details:
1. Good Afternoon. I'm owner of a small company in italy that produce mechanical and hydraulic parts for automotive. We are producing a water drain valve, we would need this parts for our project. The material is AISI 316. The straight screw socket MUST be attached to the flange by a continue welding, ensuring the seal. The quantity is 50 pieces. Thank you very much, Best Regards
2. Dear Team Rapid, i would like to ask two quote price with this Material : Quantity production pieces 50 or 100 quote Alluminium 7075-T651 anodized black and any general steel yellow zinc plated (tipicaly for screw of cars) Best regards
3. Dear, I would request a quotation for these parts attacked. The parts leva_1 and leva_2 are made in steel. They can be made with laser cutting. The parts box_1 and box 2 are made in aluminium 6061 clear anodized. The part pirulo_cilindro is made in steel. I would have a quotation for 10 samples and for 500/1000 pcs. 4. Dear Team Rapid, I kindly request your best quotation for manufacturing a prototype of the attached mold. I need it to have cutting edges, therefore the manufacturing process shall be high accurate. I was thinking to realize it in SS 316 with a low roughness as finishing, but before freezing its design, I'd also like to realize some cheaper prototypes in plastic materials. So I kindly ask you to quote the final solution in SS316 specifying the type of finishing and the manufacturing process accuracy and the cheaper solution in plastic material. Please specify also the delivery time and payment details. I am at your disposal if you need any more technical information to make your quotations. Thanks and Regards
5. Good morning, Attached you'll find the drawing for a quotation. Material is aluminum 7075. Smooth finish, and we would need 50 pcs

8. I need your best quotation for q.ty 22 of enclosed part, to be manufactured of the cheapest aluminium by CNC machining. Surface finish to be "as manufactured".
9. Dear provider, I need a quotation for a mould based in the piece attached. I would like to know also if there is any way to make a test sample to check the thermal behavior. It?s a heat sink for LED lighting. The use will be around 10.000 pcs/year and the expected life span will be 3 years. We need a competitive and economic price. Thank you and best regards.

Hi, Could you please tell me if you can make the prototypes with the refering to attached STP files and let me know the quotation. 1 piece per part. - PS is made with blue color PC material - SIM REMOVAL TOOL is made with metallic material. 11. Dear Team rapid, we need to find solutions for low cost injection moulding( we can evaluate different solution). Actually we are doing the steel u see in pic with dimension 380 x 220 x 120 it is composed by 2 shells, could you provide me a price range idea for different solution? actually it is 3d printed but it's not a solution for low volume.
