Quotes of China Rapid Prototype from Norway Clients

We help lots of customers to prototype their ideas and lunch the products into the market. Recently, we got some quotes from Norway cleints, below is the details: 

1. Please price one unit of the adapter in accordance with the drawing. Material is Stainless steel 304.

2. Hi. We want to make a plastic dome for a lamp. We were thinking 4 mm lexan as this is for tunnels. I am not sure how high the dome can be so I have not put any measurment on it. Can you help us with details. We would like to order a few samples.

3. See attached STEP models. Material: ABS. Surface finish: Semi gloss/standard. Quantity: 1.000 units of each. Please note that the model is a draft to establish base production cost. Wall thickness, fillets etc, may be modified to ease production.

4. Hi, attached are 2 parts assemblies in Solidworks. One is a card holder, another is a spigot mount. Requesting a quote on a functional prototype in aluminium either 6061 or 7075. If prototype is functional, we will need a small production first for up to 50 complete pieces of each. Looking forward to your quote

5. 69 mm diameter 10,5 mm diameter hole in the middle 7 mm diameter thick stainless steel or aluminium cut out a "zick-zack" hole as in my drawing

6. Aluminium. Mating areas should be completely flat. (flange area and inner radial surface). Outside does not matter. Inside should have decent surface roughness.

7. Hi, i just need some small pieces machined for a project. Wanted to know if there is a minimum order. I need two different pieces, 5 units of each. The pieces are flat in aluminum between 6 to 8mm thickness depending availability and price with no after process. i will attach some drawings

8. Please quote for all the plastic parts in the zip file. The specification for each part (surface finish, paint, coating) is included in the excel file.

9. I want you to source the following materials for me. and get me a quote on the following steel plates A36 Plate 20 Pcs. Any Tolerance So can you send me an email back with the pricing quote as well as the availability if there is surcharge in using credit card payment. also let me know how many days they will be ready for shipment after payment? 

10. Hello, i need about 10 CNC-machined pieces of the attached model in stainless steel 1.4301 - please give a quote. Thank you. Best regards

11. I need a quote for a small order of 7 for testing purposes, as well as a larger order of 56 for a small production run, as well as 350 for a larger production run.

12. hello, can you please quote me 130 pcs of the attached bobbin. WHich tolerances can you hold? Material PA66GF30 thanks

13. Hi I need a quote on this part to be machined qty 8000,000 with this material 4150 the full assembly needs to be built with this material and the pins need to be built with 416 stainless

14. It is not an actual final project, i just need to compare your pricing for a project i am working on. It is a small project, please quote for quantity of 1,5,and 10. Aluminum 7075 Anodized Black as an option. Thank you

15. Hello, All of the attached parts should be Al 6061 or quickest available Al with a bead-blast finish. We have a very tight schedule so we would need these ASAP. 

16. Hello I request rapid prototyping quotation for 2 parts: Piston and Valve, drawings attached. All dimensions are mm Stainless steel 1pc each = 2pcs in total. Thank you!
