3. Hi! I am interested in a quote for a multi-cavity mould for injection moulding the four parts in the folder in PC. The Zip folder has four parts, of which some are folders in itself. The parts in these three folders (Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3) can be combined as 3 parts. Thus, the mould should have 4 cavities for part 1, part 2, part 3 and part 4. 5. Hello, I've attached my design file. The design is not fully finished and needs 3 threaded holes. Do you offer any 3D model modifaction or design service? For now I'd love to get a quote on 40 units of the attached file. Made from 6061 Aluminum.
6. We are developing new smart safety helmet and looking for the supplier to build the testing mold for small qty build for safety testing purpose. Could you quote us the tooling price and piece price? I suppose that the testing mold will be made of aluminum which should be cheaper and short lead time, do you have any advice for the testing mold fabrication? Thanks and regards
8. Hello, I'm looking to have a few parts cut from aluminum of an emblem for a car. The model attached is an OBJ enclosed geometry and measures approx: 84x80x8mm.
9. Please provide us a quote for the set of parts attached. All products are in mid quantities, for up to 25.000 pcs each. Can they be made in one tool in different cavities, as those parts will assemble then one electronic device. Material should be ABS, color white (to be defined), The light-parts must be tooled separately, as those must be made in acrylic translucent material (to be defined)

11. Dear, I’m looking for rapid prototyping manufacturers. For the first project I’d need 3 custom dice with the numbers engraved in the dice (I don’t want the numbers painted on because that would fade out to fast). For the second project I’d need 180 copies of the same gamepiece which is about 3 cm big, plus one bigger piece of about 20cm. I was wondering how much it would cost to produce the mold and then an estimated cost for the production depending on the order size (minimum order size, and then double or triple of that) So I can have an Idea of how much it would more or less cost.
