Quotes of China Rapid Prototype from Austria

1. Hello! Since our former suppa one. Attached you find the base parts for the prototype, consisting of 5 single parts. (STEP-formatted, 1 .zip-file) I’d like you to craft these parts in stainless steel 316/316L by cmc machining. In one part (SCC_Basis) there is the need for four threads in M3, as indicated in the additional file SCC_Basis_Detail.pdf. The surface should be ready to be polished, if possible. Please send me a quote for the production of these parts including shipping to Austria / Europe, and the processing time. Thank you very much! Best regards
2. Tool for injection molding, Aluminium would be ok. STEP file is attached. Color black. No specific requirements for surface or material. The material should be fine with the 1mm wall thickness, so please choose accordingly. Purpose of the part is to have a type label glued on it and to be pushed into an existing (transparent) housing.
3. Nozzle assembly for C02 Laser. Would like tube annodized red and Nozzle purple or metallic blue. surface finish smooth. Will be purchasing 20 and 50 unit runs.

5. Hi, I am interested in a small prototype run of some CNC 17-4 stainless steel parts. I would be looking for volumes in the range of 10-50 for each of the following two parts (tip v07, tip v08). Could you please quote for the two attached parts in quantities of both 10 and 50? Ideally the material would be 17-4 PH H900, but if that is not possible, please offer an alternative similar material. If the price and quantity is good, we will have several other parts to quote for a small production run. Thank you
6. Could be possible to have a quote on this parts. Alu 7075, no post processing. 1 of each part.
8. Please quote for 1, 100 and 1000pcs made from 6061-T6 aluminium, raw surface finish.
9. crylic base unit 1220mm x 700mm x 5mm. The depth of the milling needs to hold a neon EL Wire (diameter of 2.3mm). I would like the thickness of the carving to be around 2.4mm to 2.5mm if possible? The image attached would need to scale max to fit the dimensions of the base unit. Thanks
10. Please see sketchup file attached. Looking to prototype this, then a small production run on 50-200 pcs. Please provide a quote for one prototype piece, and 50, 100,200 pieces. Include shipping to USA. 12 Gauge Stainless Steel 304, small hole sices (0.045") can be +/- 0.005. Thank you
11. The product we are hoping to design is inside would be made of terry cloth andn stitching would be minimal on seams. Handles on either side as well and a zip or drawstring for opening and closing. this is a very vague description but it would be much appreciated if a quote as close as possible to the estimated price is given. if you chose to get back to us, we hope to be able to send you a design of what we would like.
12. Can I please get a quote for QTY (24) and QTY (12) of the three attached parts (30001, 30002, and 20011). Material is 6061 aluminum.
13. I have 4 cast iron that I need to finish with the electroplating method with gold. I have a prototyping job in the near future, but I just need to know if your company can do electroplating with gold. Please let me know if you can the job.
