Finishes for Our CNC Machining Service
TEAM Rapid offers CNC machining service to meet your needs. You design the part, we rapid manufacturing it. For the CNC machined parts, we provide a series of finishes to meet your expectation. Here, we are going to talk about the finishes we offers:
Machined finish: machined marks from the CNC machining process will be on.
Sand paper finish: remove the machined mark left from the CNC machining process via sand paper. There will have scratch pattern left after processing. We usually process light sand paper at 320 grit or 400 grit for sand paper finish.
Light bead blast: this can remove the light machined marks and sand paper scratches marks, then get a smooth uniform seen on CNC Machined Parts.
Heavy bead blast: this can remove the heavy machined marks and sand paper scratches marks, then get a smooth uniform seen or light texture finish on the surfaces.
Smooth finish: 600 or even higher grit paper to apply the polishing.
Anodizing: Corrosion Prevention and aesthetics.
Chrome Plating: Mirror like hard Finish
