Enquiries of Rapid Prototype from Netherlands

1. Hello, I'm currently working on a prototype and would like an enquiry for this part. I would like it made out of aluminium. Quantity is 4 pieces to start with. If the quality is good and the design is complete I would be interested in ordering 120 parts. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. Kind regads
2. I am looking for a party who can make a prototype for a new steel packaging (size comparing to the old fashioned soup cans, but than “new style”). Regarding this request I have the following questions: How will you produce such a prototype? Are there possibilities for embossing/ options for new design? We could provide CAD drawings, is this okay? What are the indicative costs/ timelines?
3. Tube used to apply the differential pressure measurement technique in order to calculate the volume flow through the tube. On both ends of the tube a thread should be tapped. And also the two holes on top. The used material is preferred to be aluminium. No surface finish is needed. The quantity at this point is approximately ten pieces but in the future it could be scaled up to a few hundreds a year.
4. We need like 2000 of this product. I think ABS would be the best. It is hard to explain what it is. What would be the price to make 2000 products. We like hearing from you. With kind regards
5. Hello I need to have eight CNC milled epoxy/PU tooling molds made. They will be used to laminate carbon fibre parts. Can you do this?
